At XL Contracting safety is our first priority. 

In addition to weekly jobsite safety meetings, our employees participate in

• OSHA CPR and Safety classes.

• Random drug and alcohol testing.

• Several times a year all employees attend safety courses offered at the AGC safety center.

• Weekly toolbox safety talks.

• All employees are required to read the XL Contracting safety manual and all subsequent updates.
